Even so\, the dynamic nature of this method allows you to push yourself to your edge\, or to choose a more mellow path as you break through stagnancy to revitalization. Students may experience some shifts almost immediately! Chronic pain may be eased\, clarity of purpose may emerge\, and deep inner peace is revealed with this incredible practice. Beginners always welcome! \n*Breathwork may be contraindicated briefly after some surgical procedures\, or with certain medical conditions.
