There’s no wrong goal\, only true growth\, personal understanding\, and inner power. Those participating in all eight weeks will be entered to win a Be Spa gift card! \n \nChallenge Includes:\n– Vision Board Workshop\n– Weekly “Take Action” Challenges\n– Intentional Reading worksheets\, with short passages\, questions\, and ideas for reflection.\n– Weekly themed prompts for journaling or contemplation\n– Exclusive online guided meditations\n– Suggested intentions and affirmations to empower your journey\n– Individual Empowerment Coaching for enhanced goalsetting \n \nTime Commitment:\nApproximately 2-4 hours per week\, divided into as little as fifteen minutes at a time.
