Students are encouraged to practice within their comfort levels\, with a spirit of self-acceptance and curiosity. End your practice with chilled towels during savasana (an intentional period of mental and physical rest; literally “corpse pose.”)

Let go of mental chatter\, ease past trauma\, release fears\, and shift unhealthy behavioral patterns. \nThis class is not physically rigorous or challenging\, and is accessible to ALL bodies*. Even so\, the dynamic nature of this method allows you to push yourself to your edge\, or to choose a more mellow path as you break through stagnancy to revitalization. Students may experience some shifts almost immediately! Chronic pain may be eased\, clarity of purpose may emerge\, and deep inner peace is revealed with this incredible practice. Beginners always welcome! \n*Breathwork may be contraindicated briefly after some surgical procedures\, or with certain medical conditions. Always check with your doctor\, and let your breathwork practitioner know if you have concerns. Intuitive breathwork cultivates your full capacity to clear your own path so you can experience your true nature\, whole and free. Let go of mental chatter\, ease past trauma\, release fears\, and shift unhealthy behavioral patterns. \nThis class is not physically rigorous or challenging\, and is accessible to ALL bodies*. Even so\, the dynamic nature of this method allows you to push yourself to your edge\, or to choose a more mellow path as you break through stagnancy to revitalization. Students may experience some shifts almost immediately! Chronic pain may be eased\, clarity of purpose may emerge\, and deep inner peace is revealed with this incredible practice. Beginners always welcome! \n*Breathwork may be contraindicated briefly after some surgical procedures\, or with certain medical conditions. Always check with your doctor\, and let your breathwork practitioner know if you have concerns. Even so\, some patterns may be altered to allow for a modified practice\, and I’ll be happy to work with you!
