Stretch and De-Stress Yoga

Come get unwound! This class is all about letting go of your stress, and finding space in your mind for calm. This class begins with a gentle sequence to help shed both physical and mental stress. We then move through a few cozy restorative postures complete with blankets, stuffed bolsters, and foam blocks to help you find just the right place of comfort. Guided meditation is offered, or you can feel free to use your own mantras, prayers, or thoughts.
