8-Week Self Care and Empowerment Challenge

$79Be your favorite self, not what someone else thinks is your “best self”! Just eight weeks can break old habits and patterns to help you blossom more brightly! Keep and succeed at your physical fitness and wellness resolutions. Achieve long-term goals, or start setting goals more effectively. Feel better in your skin, in your mind, and in your heart. Shift your focus. Set a foundation of love and power.
Since no one path is best for everyone, you’ll have plenty of choice in how you participate. You may set goals in many areas, or just one. There’s no wrong goal, only true growth, personal understanding, and inner power. Those participating in all eight weeks will be entered to win a Be Spa gift card!
Challenge Includes:
– Vision Board Workshop
– Weekly “Take Action” Challenges
– Intentional Reading worksheets, with short passages, questions, and ideas for reflection.
– Weekly themed prompts for journaling or contemplation
– Exclusive online guided meditations
– Suggested intentions and affirmations to empower your journey
– Individual Empowerment Coaching for enhanced goalsetting
Time Commitment:
Approximately 2-4 hours per week, divided into as little as fifteen minutes at a time. You have loads of control and choice! If you opt to participate in an individual coaching session, we’ll schedule the 90-minute introductory session at your convenience. Coaching may be conducted in person, over the phone, or via video chat.
– Two yoga or fitness classes per week. May be substituted for any other physical fitness endeavour (1-2 hours)
– Intentional Reading (about 30 minutes, but can be divided into smaller chunks)
– Journaling or Contemplation (about 15 minutes, but may be a daily habit or take up more time as you choose)
– Take Action challenges (Everchanging and highly individual. some options may take lots of time, such as building a better food plan or improving your sleep space. Other options will take little to no extra time, like smiling at a stranger or writing a short thank-you note. There will always be options, so you can honor your lifestyle.
Financial Investment:
$15 /week, or $79 at registration
