This class makes use of our padded slings, thick blankets, and other supportive tools to help you find deeper stretch, balanced alignment, and many other long-lasting benefits. Katie is specially trained to help those recovering from back injury, with scoliosis, or with other chronic back issues once your doctor says it’s safe to do yoga!
