Back Bliss Yoga

Find release, relief, and restoration for sore backs, hips, and necks! This class makes use of our padded slings, thick blankets, and other supportive tools to help you find deeper stretch, balanced alignment, and many other long-lasting benefits. Katie is specially trained to help those recovering from back injury, with scoliosis, or with other chronic back issues once your doctor says it’s safe to move!
