Use this time to ask about yoga poses, learn new meditation styles, swap healthy recipes, get tips on how to increase your wellness within your lifestyle, and more! This class is also available online through Prayana Coaching. Online classes include a written synopsis of that week’s class, and one-on-one conversation to answer your questions.
