Community Yoga

A full yoga class for just $5. A class where kids are welcome – for free! A class where it’s not even necessary that you be able to sit down on the floor, ’cause the instructor will teach and demonstrate from a chair so that all bodies can benefit. A class where people from our community can come together as individuals to the practice, but take peace, hope, and strength back into the community we share.
