Hot Power Yoga

This class is a true “slow burn”. Move through powerful yoga sequences with purpose, focus your mind, and leave the stresses of the week on your mat. Heat and movement together help to aid your body’s natural detox, soothe stiff joints, ease tight muscles, and burn extra pounds. You can expect lots of movement, a few challenges, and options to adapt poses to your needs. You’ll then be pampered with chilled towels during savasana, with added aromatherapy for those who choose (scent-free towels are also available). Please bring water, and a towel if you feel it might be helpful.
