$10Fitness adjustable to YOU! Use light weights, heavier weights, or no weights as we move through strengthening exercises. Have a seat on a fitness ball to increase core strength, or use a chair or mat for seated exercises. This class is a fun, energizing and adaptable fitness class suitable for a wide range of students. Class ends with a calming, cooling series of stretches to help increase mobility in the muscles you’ve warmed up during your workout.
