The perfect yoga routine for your body and your lifestyle! Need a full yoga practice that can be done from a chair? Want to focus on one area of the body? Have a little extra in the belly that keeps you from being able to do some of those poses? Whatever your perceived limitations or disabilities, if you’re breathing, you can yoga!
Maybe you need an intense workout that you can do in 30 minutes. Maybe you’d like to focus more on using yoga as movement meditation. Maybe you need or prefer to use props to help you find your way into poses.
You are a unique individual. Let a certified yoga instructor help you get the most from your practice! We’ll also cover ways to help you modify poses or sequences during a yoga class, so you feel confident in doing what your body needs anytime.
A Note on Pricing: Each client is seen as an individual. Varying needs, divergent paths, and unique choices mean that I do different kinds of work for each and every person I coach. Pricing varies based on all of these factors, in addition to your ability to pay. While I do not discriminate in favor of any particular socioeconomic group, I do maintain a scholarship budget to help offset cost for those in need. Please be honest about your ability to pay so that we can find the plan that works best!
