Please Note: Back Bliss and Rope Wall Yoga Adventure classes must be reserved in advance. Please call Be Spa at 304-224-1938 to secure your space! Classes are regular price, and are included in your pass or membership.
Back Bliss Supported Yoga
Find release, relief, and restoration for sore backs, hips, and necks! This class makes use of our padded slings, thick blankets, and other supportive tools to help you find deeper stretch, balanced alignment, and many other long-lasting benefits. Rope Wall Yoga Adventure
Adventure is the name of this game for a reason! In this class, we begin the journey through each posture or movement together, but you get to choose your train stop! Pick the option that feels best in your body, challenge yourself to try the next option, or back up to a place you loved. This class gives you the freedom to safely discover your limits, your goals, and your challenges, but don’t be surprised if you find yourself flipping upside-down by the end of class! Family Fun Yoga
Created for younger humans aged 12 and under, along with their adult companions. We’ll keep things light, and focus on the basics – posture, balance, mind-body connection, and mental focus. Students must bring a responsible adult! (Pricing for this class is different than other classes. Adults pay regular class price, or can use their passes or memberships. Younger Humans pay just $3 each.)
Cardio Rhythm Fit
This class uses tempo, rhythm, and melody to motivate and provide increased endurance. As you move with the music, you might just have so much fun that you fool your brain into forgetting you’re working out! This high-energy class keeps you moving, strengthening, and shaking your booty like a carefree teenager.
Be Pumped Yoga
This variable and accessible class is focused on strengthening! We’ll choose poses and movements created to build muscle tone and increase endurance. Add optional dumbbells to make this class more challenging, or use your own body to create resistance and find renewed strength.
Gentle Yoga
Stretch, breathe, release, repeat. An excellent class for beginners and advanced yogis alike, Gentle Yoga is what it says! No pretzel-twisted poses, no standing on one toe, no marathon stretches. This is a peaceful, guided practice to help focus your mind, relieve tension, and enhance flexibility.
Energizing Yoga
Need energy? Feel brighter, lighter, and empowered at the end of this upbeat class! Lots of movement, fun challenges, and mental focus help to define this class, and you’ll discover loads of options to make it your own. Join us and see!
